Cara CarriveauWeekday Afternoons 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Cara is a dedicated mother of two. She survived her daughter’s teen years only slightly scathed and is now a busy hockey mom to her younger son, often running the scoreboard and spinning music at his home games. When she’s not chauffeuring around her kids she is usually tackling a home improvement project on her 100+ year old money pit house. Besides painting every room herself (including a 25 foot vaulted ceiling), thanks to youtube she’s figured out how to replace a broken dishwasher handle, install a kitchen faucet and replace all working parts of a toilet on her own. There are times when Cara wishes her boyfriend would take care of those repairs but then she remembers that she doesn’t have a boyfriend. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen or outside using the grill, she loves to cook. When she’s not cooking or fixing things around the house Cara is likely at a concert or taking her kids skiing, snowboarding, to an amusement park (riding front car for all rollercoasters) or simply hanging out by a fire in the backyard sipping bourbon. Music has been Cara’s passion as long as she can remember, she absolutely loves hosting afternoons on WSHE.View the blog of Cara Carriveau
